This new tool aims to help companies that source raw materials from natural terrestrial ecosystems to change the way they operate.
The map uses geospatial, global and local data that establish a common baseline that companies can use to visualize the extent of natural territories in 2020 and, by setting targets, assess whether they may be responsible for changes in their use/exploitation after 2020. It can also help companies make decisions about acquisitions and about the impact of future business activities on natural spaces.
