The status of the transition to green & fair economies: 2024

Detalles

In light of the current interconnected crises, and with only six years to go until the deadline to achieve the SDGs, accelerating the transition to a fair and green economy is paramount. This report examines five areas of action needed for a large-scale transition:

  • Measure and govern.
  • Reform the financial system.
  • Renaturalize the economic sectors.
  • Fight against inequality.
  • Appreciation of nature.

Based on the views of Green Economy Transition members, as well as the latest OECD evidence and data, the report focuses on the above and the most recent data from a wide range of partners and institutions to track progress in the transition to green economies around the world.
