| Eurostat has published the "Sustainable Development Monitoring Report in the European Union - 2024 on progress towards the SDGs in the EU context". The report is based on the EU's Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) set of indicators, developed in cooperation with a large number of stakeholders and closely aligned with the 8th Environment Action Programme and the European Pillar of Social Rights. In addition to the monitoring of the 17 SDGs, the 2024 edition also includes a section on the EU in the world and analyses the impact of the Russian invasion of Ukraine visible in official Eurostat statistics. |
