Forests and Natura 2000. Good Practice Database

The GoProFor project database is an online tool for consulting good practices in the forestry field, derived from the experience of the LIFE programme. In fact, the database compiles and describes in detail those methodologies, techniques, processes, solutions, tested within the LIFE projects and aimed at the conservation of forest biodiversity and forest management, particularly within the Natura 2000 Network.

The purpose of this database is to capitalise on the experience of decades of European projects, providing suitable and effective tools for Natura 2000 Network managers and for all those operating within this important network of protected areas.
