This document provides explanatory guidance on Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 on the marketing of deforestation-free products (EUDR). It shows a list of the products to which this regulation applies, the conditions to be met depending on whether you are an operator or trader, an SME or a large company or the first consecutive operator or operator. The characteristics that a due diligence statement (DDD) must meet are also presented.
