| SBTN has launched a set of new support materials and updated technical guidance, based on the knowledge of companies that have participated in the pilots for setting science-based targets for nature. Guidelines for sustainable supply chains are crucial to guide companies towards responsible practices, which respect social equity, human rights and long-term viability. Despite the abundance of guidance available, it is common for many valuable resources to fall through the cracks once their associated projects are completed. Companies often find it difficult to identify the most appropriate resources to meet their needs due to the diversity of approaches and areas of interest in the different guidelines. This report aimed at companies reviews and analyses the available guidance for sustainable agri-food supply chains. It aims to provide a catalogue of existing resources and guidance on their applicability. This will help companies navigate their sustainability path within supply chains with clarity and confidence. The upgrades made improve the feasibility and practicality of the methods, while maintaining ambition and scientific rigour. New resources have also been introduced to improve accessibility and drive action, including a comprehensive corporate handbook that serves as an entry point to technical guidance.
