Annex: Market practices from Platform stakeholder groups (A compendium of Market Practices How the EU’s Taxonomy and sustainable finance framework are helping financial and non-financial actors transition to net zero)
Detalles
| This document is an annex to the report A Compendium of Market Practices. How the EU's Taxonomy and sustainable finance framework are helping financial and non-financial actors transition to net zero. Produced by the European Commission's Sustainable Finance Platform, it includes concrete case studies for each stakeholder group covered by the report ((companies, banks, investors, insurers, auditors and consultants, small and medium-sized enterprises and the public sector). The case studies highlight the first evidence that the EU's sustainable finance framework is working on the ground and show how market players are using it, even beyond regulatory compliance. It also identifies some data and implementation challenges with respect to the EU taxonomy and the wider framework, which need to be further improved to fully support financial and non-financial actors in transitioning their business models to align with EU sustainability goals. |
