70 responses to biodiversity loss: the IPBES Nexus Assessment
Detalles
The Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) has launched the Assessment Report on the Interlinkages between Biodiversity, Water, Food and Health (known as the Nexus Report), providing decision-makers with specific response options to maximise the co-benefits of action on five 'nexus elements': biodiversity, water, food, health and climate change.
The more than 70 response options presented in the report, taken together, support the achievement of the 17 SDGs, the 23 targets of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, and the long-term goals for climate change mitigation and adaptation of the Paris Agreement.
