IPBES Stakeholders Day

The IPBES Stakeholder Day 2024 will take place on 9 December in Windhoek, Namibia, just ahead of the eleventh plenary session of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES-11), which will be held from 10 to 16 December.

This event is open to all IPBES members, observers and stakeholders. It is an opportunity for various interested organizations to get updates on the IPBES process and discuss their participation through informal exchanges of views on specific aspects of the plenary agenda.

During the Stakeholder Day, IPBES-related initiatives will be highlighted through poster presentations showing successful examples of how IPBES assessments or other products have been used and the impact achieved.
