Under the theme “From Science to Action”, the third Global Biodiversity Forum brings together researchers from all disciplines of biodiversity science with practitioners and social partners to explore how to move from science to action and solutions to conserve biodiversity and move towards transformation for sustainability. The third World Biodiversity Forum will be held in person, once again at the Davos Congress Centre in Switzerland. The WBF will start with a day of workshops, training sessions and networking meetings on June 16, 2024 and will end with excursions to the beautiful surroundings of Davos and its mountains on Friday, June 21, 2024. Satellite events will be organized in the days leading up to the forum, to broaden the reach and capture regional perspectives, views and visions. |
