FSC is hosting this public webinar on January 18 focused on the European Union Regulation on Deforestation-Free Products (commonly known as EUDR). An overview of the efforts FSC has made will be provided during this webinar, in particular with updates on;

The latest policies and policy developments in the evolution of the EUDR and FSC’s commitment in this area.
What FSC has been doing to prepare and align the FSC certification system to better support and add more value to FSC certificate holders who want to use FSC certification as their primary compliance tool. This includes;

        o An overview of the main findings of the comparative analysis conducted to help us better focus our alignment efforts.
        o An overview of the approach and structure that FSC has adopted for alignment, in terms of regulatory requirements, as well as the preparation of digital and data solutions, such as FSC’s Blockchain developments.
        o Preparing for the launch of the consultation on the FSC Regulatory Module
