At this event, a panel of experts will explore the principle of marine natural capital and its potential as an area of investment, while maintaining and enhancing the biodiversity and quality of these environments.
The discussion will also address the particular issues of this in a marine context, including the legal ownership of the seabed and the resources these areas provide.

Spaces are limited, so it is essential to make an advance reservation through the link at the top of the page.This is the second day of a new series promoted bythe Natural Capital Initiative (NCI), which is a collaboration between three leading scientific organizations in the United Kingdom: the Royal Society of Biology, the Center for Ecology and Hydrology and the James Hutton Institute. NCI’s mission is to support decision-making that results in the sustainable management of our natural capital.
