COP28 on Climate Change

COP28, which will take place in Dubai from 30 November to 12 December, will rise to the challenge of advocating for an inclusive agenda that accelerates mitigation action, promotes a just energy transition leaving no one behind, ensures sufficient and affordable finance for the most vulnerable, accelerates adaptation finance and creates a robust financing mechanism to address loss and damage.” 

At this COP28, the Spanish pavilion will become a meeting space in which different key agents will reflect on the main issues of this global agenda.
