Useful resources to guide the sectors affected by the EUDR Regulation to exercise due diligence
Detalles
After analysing the needs of the sectors covered by the Combating Deforestation and Forest Degradation Regulation (EUDR) in relation to their due diligence obligations to ensure that products that are imported, exported, produced, processed or placed on the EU are deforestation-free and comply with the legality of the country of origin, the Spanish Business and Biodiversity Initiative (IEEB) has prepared this repository of resources of interest with the aim of guiding regulated companies.
This repository has been prepared for information purposes only, so it does not represent an official position or recommendation of either the Biodiversity Foundation (FB) or the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO). Likewise, neither the FB nor MITECO assume any responsibility for the accuracy, reliability or suitability of the resources compiled in the document.
If you know of any other useful resources, you can send us the information through this form. Its inclusion in subsequent versions of this repository will be evaluated.
