This report contains the beta version of an NGFS Framework for nature-related financial risks. The Framework aims to create a common science-based understanding by providing greater clarity on the meaning of key concepts and how they are interrelated.
The aim is to help central banks and supervisors consider the relevant elements of nature-related financial risks and to develop policies and actions in this regard, while taking into account their jurisdictional context.
