Policymakers, regulators, asset owners, asset managers, and major global companies are paying increasing attention to nature. They are not only concerned about the risks of nature loss, but also about the challenge of increasing investments in nature.

In this webinar, the technical director of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) will discuss her recommendations for managing and disclosing nature-related risks.

In September 2023, after two years of design and development, the TNFD released its final recommendations for nature-related risk management and disclosure, which have already been adopted by 320 organizations in more than 46 countries.

However, many companies have only just begun to reflect on their impact and dependence on nature. Therefore, this session will be aimed at exploring:

  • What is nature-related risk and how does it affect businesses?
  • What is the mission of the TNFD and what measures does it recommend companies take to manage natural risk and take advantage of the opportunities offered by nature?
