Legislative changes, the evolution of international or European standards and new emerging trends mark a context of change in business sustainability. This new context is what this report has tried to reflect, while delving into the evolution of the business practices of IBEX entities to address critical problems. IBEX 35 companies play a fundamental role in the Spanish economy and have a significant impact on sustainability at a national and international level. In addition, these companies, due to their economic capacity, are pioneers in adapting to new trends in sustainability and in their accountability and, therefore, their analysis is so revealing when it comes to identifying how the rest of the Spanish companies will behave in the coming years. |
