Co-organized by RARE and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), in partnership with the United Nations Decade on Ecosystem Restoration, the webinar will focus on behavior-centered design (BCD) and behavioral sciences to enhance ecosystem restoration, in support of the mission of the United Nations Decade. Essential concepts from the social and behavioral sciences will be discussed, combined with design thinking principles and offering a new approach to environmental challenges. Additionally, real-world success stories will be shared through engaging case studies that show these principles in action and interactive activities can be used to apply the strategies discussed during the session.

The event is aimed at conservationists, restoration experts, policymakers, sustainability and communication practitioners, and anyone interested in driving positive change.
