The technical paper "Considering climate-related risks and transition impact in the sovereign investments of central banks" has been launched by the Network for Greening Financial Systems (NGFS) together with the report "Sustainable and Responsible Investment in central banks' portfolio management – practices and recommendations" and the white paper "Decarbonisation strategies for corporate portfolios of central banks" ("Decarbonization Strategies for Central Bank Corporate Portfolios"). It addresses data, metrics, and application issues"), discusses how central banks can integrate zero-balance considerations into their investments in corporate stocks and bonds. It also explores several challenges that central banks face when implementing these strategies.
