How financial institutions can use Forest IQ to implement the TNFD LEAP approach
Detalles
The report published by the Zoological Society of London, in collaboration with Frontierra, highlights how the Forest IQ tool can help financial institutions implement the LEAP (Locate, Assess, Assess and Prepare) approach, as recommended by the Task Force on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) and for the management and disclosure of nature-related risks.
The report publishes four case studies detailing how financial institutions are currently using Forest IQ and the tools associated with the TNFD context, as well as demonstrating how to overcome the limitations of the platform by using satellite assessments to verify the data provided in Forest IQ. This report is not only useful for financial institutions, it is also useful for businesses, as it helps them understand the policies, rules and approaches of financial institutions.
