The objective of this report is to enable financial institutions to better understand the need to detect nature-related problems. These results can be used to carry out more in-depth and detailed assessments to subsequently prioritize strategic actions to halt and reverse nature loss.
The report shares the recommendations of relevant guidance and requirements, and points out where tools can help, including the ENCORE (Exploring Natural Capital Opportunities, Risks and Exposure) tool, which can help break down the complexity of nature-related risks and opportunities.
