Positive incentives for Ibero-America and exchange of best practices

This event took place within the framework of COP16 of the Convention on Biological Diversity in Cali (Colombia), and was organized by the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF) and the Biodiversity Foundation of Spain. The eventexplored how to foster positive incentives for the conservation and restoration of biodiversity in Ibero-America. During the session, experiences of public-private collaboration were shared and how to mobilize the private sector in the fight against biodiversity loss was discussed, in line with the goals of the Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF).
