This roadmap provides a structured approach to assessing nature's impacts and dependencies along the value chain of the built environment: buildings, urban infrastructure, transport infrastructure, marine and coastal infrastructure, and a cross-cutting subsystem covering previous mining and extractive activities. It also proposes actions to be taken to transform and ensure that the built environment plays its part in halting and reversing nature loss by 2030.
