5th ESP Europe Conference: Ecosystem Services: One Planet, One Health

Registration for the 5th ESP Europe Conference 2024 is currently open.

The conference program is a mix of plenary sessions, parallel sessions in different formats, pre-conference trainings, market, poster sessions, as well as networking elements such as a welcome reception, conference dinner, and a day trip.

Pre-Conference Workshops: The Sunday before the conference (November 17, 2024) is reserved for workshops. Pre-conference workshops will be held at the conference venue.

Workshop topics include:
• Measurement of ecosystem services for accounting purposes: from the national macroeconomic perspective to the territorial level and corporate environmental reporting. By putting into practice a comparison table (all day).
• ARIES for SEEA and the ARIES app ecosystem.
• Editor’s Guide to a Successful Publication.
• Innovative tools for scholarly communication: How to increase the impact of your research.
• Communicating the benefits of nature in protected areas: from theory to practice.
Workshops 2-5 are half a day and will be scheduled in the afternoon. Registration will be required to participate. Registration for the workshops will be available in early October via the conference registration form (those who have already registered for the main event will be able to add a training to their registration if they wish).

Market
Wednesday’s program includes a market: exhibitors can set up a stand presenting their organization or project, along with the exhibitors of the entire week and the posters. The stands will be there all day, with a dedicated moment in the program between 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. for the main market.
