From EU Directive to National Law: Transposing the Environmental Obligations of the CSDDD

On 24 September 2024, at 11:00 a.m. CEST, this webinar will share the findings of a new legal analysis by ClientEarth and Frank Bold entitled Corporate Environmental Due Diligence and Reporting in the EU. The aim of this new publication is to encourage ambitious and robust transposition, implementation and enforcement of the Directive by national governments, policymakers and competent authorities.

During the webinar, speakers will focus on the main findings and recommendations of the report, specifically on the environmental scope of the Directive, as well as on climate transition plans.

Business and sustainability experts will also participate to discuss potential future challenges and best practices related to the implementation of environmental due diligence.
